2008 AT&T Austin Marathon Delivers Sunny Weather, Dramatic Finish : Monday, 18 February 2008 - American Team Wins New International Marathon Challenge; Green Efforts, Volunteers and Spectators Set Austin Event Apart The clear blue skies and near-perfect temperatures at the 2008 AT&T Austin Marathon and Half Marathon on Sunday, Feb. 17 made this year's race an enjoyable one for the record 11,250 starters and approximately 30,000 spectators.      2008 AT&T Austin Marathon Unveils New Philanthropy Program : Tuesday, 18 December 2007 - The AT&T Austin Marathon is launching a new philanthropy program called 26 Miles for 26 Charities, an initiative that partners the 26.2-mile race with selected nonprofits to help elevate awareness and raise money while filling critical volunteer roles throughout the marathon and half marathon courses.
